Kolkata is the city of businessman .Its rental value and value of property is less costly rather than Mumbai and Delhi. But in case, if we see the structure of the buildings and benefits of the real states ,we have to compelled to think that Kolkata is the best then other cities . By seeing this comparison we can say that there is no great difference between them because the value of property of Mumbai is so high than the value of Property in Kolkata but the value of profit is same. Kolkata’s property is divided into two parts like other states property .One parts is residential and other is commercial. But in commercial Kolkata Property is moving fast like other cities of India .Many other commercial centers like shopping complex ,restaurants ,hotels insurance company and call centers requires commercial places for making their existence.
