Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC) : Rs. 865/- per sq. yard of plot area
Interest Free Maintenance Deposit (IFMS) : Rs. 200/- per sq. yard of plot area
Club Membership & Registration Charges (Mandatory) : Rs. 1,00,000/-
Preferential Location Charges (PLC)# : Single PLC : Rs. 5,000/- per sq. yard

• Other charges include Maintenance Security, Maintenance Charges, Stamp Duty Charges, Registration Fees and other charges
applicable.
# PLC shall be charged for:
1) Corner Plot 2) Plot Facing Green 3) Plot abutting 24mtr road and above
• The Company would pay to the Allottee(s) Rs. 60/- per sq. yd. per month of Plot Area for any delay in offering possession of the Plot
beyond the period of 18 months from the date of execution of the agreement to sell. Similarly, the Allottee(s) would also be liable to
pay holding charges @ Rs. 60/- per sq. yd. per month of Plot Area if the Allottee(s) fails to clear his dues within 30 days from the date
of issuance of offer of possession or within 21 days from the date of issuance of Possession Letter.
• The Maintenance Charges for a period of 3 (three) years shall be payable in advance before the Possession of the Plot is handed
over to the Allottee(s).
• The above Prices / Payment Plans are subject to revision/withdrawal at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the Company.
Prices mentioned above are escalation free.
* This installment & installments listed hereunder shall become payable on demand irrespective of the serial order in which they listed.
