    Hi H B, this is 7.2 KMs from Mezza9 hotel in hinjawadi. The builder is new and they already have a site for which construction is going on (village residency1 in Chandkhed). Possession i am not sure about, appreciation chances are good as this is 36 meter sanctioned road (as of now, the road is not that good).
