it is not in kharadi, but in Manjri Khurd. Kharadi is in PMC well developed. Right now no connectivity with the EON park. Builder claims distance wil be 3 km after a road is builds. As per previous experiences of development in Pune, the new road may take quite some time, and it might not also come up. Then the distance between KUL NAtion and EON will be 15 Km through a narrow road, passing through a village. If(short cut to kharadi) then may be worth thinking; else sorry it will be a dead investment and big mistake. And by the way rates are also high (currently quoting Rs. 3750 psf). Reply (0)

I think this property price is too much.Now ready pasession flat in that area cost around 3500 so not worth to give price 3400 for the flat having pasession after 3 yeras :-) you just think don't invest like others investing that's why want to invest :-)Carpet area 720 and costs around 46.6 lacs Reply (0)
