    Increase in super area is being done by each and every builder. but puri constructions dont do like that everytime. there is some pressure from HUDA thats why they have to change the floor plan I have also been victim of this ugly practice in the past. Reply (0)

    Gurgaon is a very nice area, and there are many new projects coming in dwk exp also. Particularly near sector 104, 105, 106, 109, 110, 113 , you will have sector 50 market, where super market, veggies small shops, snack shops and parlour are present. Even resturant are also there. Yoy have Ojus hospital in sector 40. For rent you can check Apartments for rent in Gurgaon . They are processing the approvals so once its done, you may involve lawyer. Another forum, IRF has mentioned Puri and Siddharath properties have received HUDA approval.     It seems like no builder in NCR is in mood to spare its customers. Today we received a letter from Puri Constructions that the super area of our floor is finalized at 1445 sq ft. Original super area at the time of launch was 1238 sq ft which was increased to 1395 sq ft. few months ago and now to 1445 sq ft.Though I know the questions that we should ask Puri Constructions, I would also like to seek advice of other fellow board members to challenge this increase.     Hi Investinnest.comyes i Agree with your comments, but i dont have budget for this project, Investor Development Zone owner Kataria said, "possession of the building in the area, although Mltistori March-April 2013 will begin, but the area is better in terms of investment. At the moment there are not enough facilities in the area in terms of living. "Kataria said Kempi Expressway completion in May 2013 and Manesar Dwarka Expressway 3 kilometers after the construction area will be better connectivity. Reply (0)

    Hi Guys, I am really disappointed now, checked with Puri today and came to know that they are going to start puri construction by March end . Puri Emerald Bay has led to a large area on the ground level to be utilized as Green Spaces within the community for various other activities within the community, like the walkways, the childrens' play areas, tennis courts, basket ball courts, the lavish club house and a whole lot of more activities.
