    the current rate of the project as of Aug 2013 is Rs 7000 /Sqf,, however the flats are not AC but will have owner have to put there own ac equipment....i am not sure if the rate of rs 7000 is good where in vicinity is rs 5200 in resale..., pls advise Reply (0)
