Dear Sir/ mam I booked a flat through investinnest website in September 2012 by the name of Vineesh garg. The property name is Utsav Raaga at kannur road. Flat no. D-101That time the concern person was Mr. Sourav Kumar from investinnest who deal with us and that time we go through you because your organization gave me a offer discount of *1.5**%* on the Basic cost of the Apartment no.- 101 bookedby me at the Utsav Raaga,.(As above check the mail which i got on 5/9/2012)Sorry to say but still i didnot get the amt. Which i am waiting long back. In proof I have a hard copy also, in which company mentioned to give the discount of 1.5% at the basic rate. If it is needed i will scan.I request you to release the payment as early as possible . The Amount is 52740/-Basic Rate :3000/- Area -1172 sq. ft Reply (1)
